Visitation will be held Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Joseph N. Booth Memorial Chapel of The Thomas Funeral Home, 218 Surles Street, Lumpkin, Georgia 31815.
The funeral service is scheduled for Friday, May 13, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at Lower Sardis Baptist Church, 21 Nutwood Drive, Richland, Georgia 31825.

Following the funeral service, the interment will be held At Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church, 7264 Singer Pond Road, Lumpkin, Georgia 31815
