We celebrate the life and transition of Mr. Joseph Lee Simmons, Jr. Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 322 Philadelphia Baptist Church Road, Lumpkin, GA 31815 at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will be Friday, November 13, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Joseph N. Booth Memorial Chapel of The Thomas Funeral Home, 218 Surles Street, Lumpkin, GA 31815.
