November 25, 1943 ~ August 9, 2022 (age 78)

Obituary

“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”   ~John 14:1-3

Christine McCory Moses was born November 25, 1943, to the late Mr. Robert C. McCory and Mrs. Francis Mae Horne McCory, Stewart County, Lumpkin, Georgia. She was the oldest of six children.

Christine joined Vision Discipleship Ministry in Saint Petersburg, Florida, under the Christian leadership of Pastor Darryl Paige. She served on the Young at Heart Ministry for seniors, which involved various outreach ministries, bake sales and healing endeavors that edified God’s Word. The most rewarding honor bestowed upon her during her spiritual walk with Vision Discipleship Ministry was affectionately named “Mother of the Church”. She loved her church and family. She will be dearly missed.
